Tim joined BLACKLINE Retail Group in 2023 after working on the real estate team for the Ahold Delhaize portfolio, consisting of Stop & Shop, Hannaford, Giant Martin's, Giant Food, and Food Lion grocery stores. He currently focuses on landlord representation across New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Connecticut, working with a variety of properties throughout the BLACKLINE portfolio to identify and secure new tenants. In addition to his landlord representation work, Tim represents several tenant accounts with active expansion plans, including AT&T and Notoro Hospitality Group, leasing space in Boston and throughout New England to support their continued growth.

A New Hampshire native, Tim played wide receiver for NCAA Division 1 UNH for five years and was Recipient of the Todd Walker Teammate Award for his selflessness and dedication to the team. When he isn't working, Tim can be found in South Boston spending time with his wife and sons.
