Rachael Willard is a Senior Broker at Blackline Retail Group with over 10 years of experience specializing in landlord representation and retail leasing throughout New England, with a particular focus on New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts. Throughout her career, Rachael has represented an extensive portfolio of retail properties, with significant experience leasing grocery-anchored shopping centers.

Rachael has worked with a diverse range of ownership groups, including national REITs, institutional investors, and private property owners. Her expertise includes developing leasing strategies, identifying and securing qualified tenants, and negotiating renewals to support the long-term success of retail properties.
