Daniel, Founding Partner and President of BLACKLINE Retail Group, brings over 25 years of expertise in retail leasing and brokerage. Throughout his career, he has completed more than 750 retail lease transactions, representing over 3.2 million square feet of space and a combined value exceeding $1 Billion. His extensive experience includes working with some of the largest landlords in the United States, both in-house and in a brokerage capacity, earning a reputation for delivering exceptional results. Daniel possesses deep knowledge of the retail markets across New England and excels at identifying strategies to maximize value for both landlords and tenants. As President, he oversees all day-to-day operations at BLACKLINE, focusing on innovation, team development, and operational excellence. In addition to his leadership at BLACKLINE, Daniel serves on the Executive Committee of the Retail Brokers Network, the largest professional retail brokerage network in North America representing 750 agents across 65 offices.

Daniel graduated from Cornell University and now resides in Newton with his wife and three children. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, fishing and traveling.
