BLACKLINE Proudly Announces Grand Opening of Chef Karen Akunowicz’s Second Restaurant Bar Volpe
(November 13, 2021; Newton, MA) – BLACKLINE Retail Group is proud to announce the opening of Bar Volpe in South Boston. Bar Volpe is Chef Karen Akunowicz’s second restaurant. A follow-up to Fox and the Knife, Bar Volpe brings the flavors of Southern Italy to South Boston with handmade pasta and woodfire grilled Italian classics.
Chef Karen drew from her experience living and cooking in Modena to create her menu which includes signature items such as pizzetta bianca, Sardinian culurgiones stuffed with potato and goat cheese, and fritti misti.
Bar Volpe celebrated its grand opening on Saturday, November 7th and is located at 170 W Broadway in South Boston.
