(April, 2021; Newton, MA) – BLACKLINE Retail Group is proud to announce the signing of Dick’s Sporting Goods at The Plaza at Burr Corners in Manchester, Connecticut. Dick’s will be the newest addition to The Plaza at Burr Corners and is due to begin construction in Spring 2021. BLACKLINE proudly represented the Landlord in this transaction.

Dick’s Sporting Goods is the largest sporting goods retailer in the United States, headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA. They offer an extensive assortment of high-quality sporting equipment, apparel, footwear, and accessories. Dick’s was founded in 1948 by Dick Stack and began as a simple bait and tackle shop in Binghamton, New York later growing to include much of what you find today in a typical Dick’s Sporting Goods. Dick’s operates over 850 locations including this soon to-open store located at 1135 Tolland Turnpike, Manchester, CT.
