(February 2021; Newton, MA) – BLACKLINE is proud to announce two new signed tenants: Jersey Mike’s Subs, now open and Fantastic Sam’s Cut & Color, opening soon, at Walgreen’s Plaza in Stoughton, Massachusetts.
Jersey Mike’s is one of the leading national sandwich franchises offering high-quality subs made with premium ingredients. The first Jersey Mike’s opened in Point Pleasure, New Jersey in 1956. Today, Jersey Mikes has almost 2,000 locations open or under development. Their newest location is now open at 421 Washington Street, Stoughton.
Fantastic Sam’s is one of the world’s largest full-service hair care salons. Its first location was opened in 1974 by Sam Ross in Memphis, Tennessee. Ross aimed to create an affordable, accessible salon experience. Today there are over 900 locations throughout North America with this newest salon opening soon at 417 Washington Street, Stoughton. BLACKLINE proudly represented the Landlord, an affiliate of Linear Retail, in these transactions.
