The grand opening was commemorated with a weekend-long “Block Party” with special menu pricing and raffle prizes. Tropical Smoothie serves delicious smoothies, wraps, sandwiches, salads, and flatbreads and has over 950 locations nationwide. Their newest location opened at 22 Patriot Place across from Olympia Sports. BLACKLINE represented the Landlord in this transaction.
