(September, 2021; Newton, MA) – BLACKLINE Retail Group celebrates the grand opening of Goldfish Swim School at Burr Corners in Manchester, CT. Goldfish Swim School is a safety-first learn to swim facility for kids ages 4 months to 12 years. Currently, there are over 90 swim schools open or in development in more than 34 states and Canada. Their newest location opened at 1147 Tolland Turnpike, Manchester. BLACKLINE represented the Landlord in this transaction.

Major renovations have recently been completed to The Plaza at Burr Corners.  The shopping center is located at the intersection of Tolland Turnpike and Buckland Street with immediate access and visibility to I-84.
